I built everything from the ground up: every stage, every sold-out room, every note I ever sang. My Legacy is the essence of that journey — a fragrance born of the same exacting standard with which I built my music and my name.
I never wanted "an artist's perfume". I wanted an extrait that could stand, without apology, beside the great houses of the world. That is why every detail — from the concentration to the engraving on the coffret — passed through my own hands.
This is the first fragrance I ever created. And precisely because it is the first, I refused to make it in the thousands. I chose a limited series — small enough to remain a collector's object rather than a shelf product. Every flacon carries its own number, printed on the glass. No two are alike, and when the series ends, it will not be repeated.
Whoever buys it now is not simply buying a fragrance. They are taking an early number in a story that is only beginning.
This is not merely a fragrance. It is what I leave behind.

We sell My Legacy, a 100 ml extrait de parfum, in a numbered limited edition. Prices are shown in Romanian lei and represent the final amount payable. ADV BAND SRL is not registered for VAT under art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code; prices do not include VAT and invoices are issued without VAT. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one displayed when the order is placed.
An order placed on this site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by phone or email. We confirm every order within 24 working hours. We may decline an order if the product is no longer available or if the details provided are clearly incorrect.
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer to ADV BAND SRL, RO26 BTRL RONC RT04 0894 1101, held at Banca Transilvania. For bank transfers, the parcel ships once payment is credited. An invoice is issued for every order.
We ship by courier within Romania, in 2-4 working days from order confirmation. For deliveries outside Romania, please contact us before ordering. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they, or a person designated by them, take physical possession of the parcel.
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian Government Ordinance 140/2021. If the delivered product is damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at office@adidelavalceaparfum.com, with photographs of the product and its packaging.
The name ADI DE LA VALCEA, the name My Legacy, and all text, photography, video and design on this site belong to ADV BAND SRL and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written consent.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible; otherwise the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, phone number, email, delivery address, city and county. The legal basis is performance of the sales contract. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We share data only with those who make delivery possible: the courier company, our website host, and our accountants for invoicing. We never sell or rent your data.
Order data is kept for 10 years, the legal retention period for accounting records. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to office@adidelavalceaparfum.com to exercise them; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Under Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014 you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Notify us by an unequivocal statement, at office@adidelavalceaparfum.com or +40 761 155 000.
Please note: perfume is a sealed cosmetic product. Under art. 16(e) of Ordinance 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, once the seal has been broken after delivery. You may return the product only if the flacon and its coffret are unopened, with the seal intact.
Notify us within the 14 days, then send the product back in its complete original packaging, with all accessories and the collector's coffret. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or in error.
We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the product back and confirming the seal is intact. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you indicate.
If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace the product or refund it in full, and we cover the shipping cost.

We ship by express courier throughout Romania, in 2-4 working days from order confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
The delivery cost is shown in your cart before you complete the order. There are no hidden charges: the total you see is the total you pay.
We ship outside Romania on request. Write to office@adidelavalceaparfum.com before ordering and we will confirm the cost and delivery time. For international bank transfers use SWIFT code BTRLRO22.
Check the parcel is intact in the courier's presence. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery document and tell us within 48 hours at office@adidelavalceaparfum.com.
